Triple-Layered Additive Support Network

Sodick Inc. has announced the implementation of a new service structure for its "One Process Machine" (OPM) line of metal 3-D printers. The system offers three layers of support, featuring Sodick Inc.'s OPM Department, Sodick Japan's DDM Department and Sodick's own OPM Laboratory.
Sodick's OPM Department will provide front-line support and immediate response Monday through Friday, specializing in operation and programming. For particularly difficult support needs and unusually complex applications, Sodick Japan's DDM Department engineers will supplement the U.S. team to offer thorough, reliable solutions. Finally, for consultations on advanced and specialized applications, Sodick's OPM Laboratory offers its experience with specialty mold development.
Together this support network offers the flexibility needed to support customers of various experience levels as they adopt this technology. All layers of support may be accompanied by phone support.
