Industrial Cabinet Oven for Curing Medical Devices

Gruenberg, an industrial oven and sterilizer manufacturer, has announced the shipment of an electrically heated cabinet oven. This oven will be used for curing material used in products for the medical device industry.
The cabinet oven features a horizontal airflow configuration to allow even heat distribution across the chamber. It has a maximum temperature rating of 500 °F and interior chamber dimensions of 42" W x 36" D x 60" H. The unit is constructed with a fully welded 304 stainless steel liner to prevent contamination and enhance durability.
The industrial oven includes 10 stainless steel loading shelves with rollers and a no-tip shelf slide design, each capable of supporting 50-60 pounds.
This design facilitates easy loading and removal of the product, even for heavy loads. To validate performance, air velocity tests conducted on the previous unit's tray levels will be replicated and documented on this unit to ensure compliance with the customer's requirements.
The oven temperature is controlled by a Eurotherm 3504 programmable controller with data logging capability, and a Eurotherm 6100A paperless graphic recorder provides enhanced data logging capacities. Additional features include a door switch that de-energizes the heating and circulation systems when the oven door is opened, preventing hot air from escaping during operation, and a digital timer to allow the system to start up automatically at pre-set times.
