Royal Products 2026 Master Catalog Now Available

Royal Products has announced its 2026 Master Catalog, featuring 208 pages of metalworking accessories designed to optimize CNC machine tool performance, productivity, and profits.

"With most manufacturers now utilizing advanced cutting tool technology, it is getting increasingly more difficult to squeeze extra productivity and profit out of the cut," said a company spokesperson. "Royal's new product additions for 2026 share a common theme-helping you slash set-up times so your machines can spend more time making chips and profits."

New product highlights include:

  • Two-jaw MTC chucks: The expanded lineup of the MTC Multi-Tasking Chuck features a jaw chuck, collet chuck, and I.D. workholding system all in one. New two-jaw models are especially suited for prismatic parts.
  • Expanded lineup of Quick-Grip CNC combo chucks: In 2025, Royal introduced the QG-65 Combo Chuck-a CNC collet chuck and I.D. workholding system all in one unit. Due to customer demand, Royal has now expanded the lineup to include QG-52 and QG-80 models.
  • RCS Rapid-Change Chuck System: The Royal RCS Rapid-Change Chuck System is a precision master receiver that permanently mounts to the lathe spindle, enabling fast chuck changeover times.
  • Power-Block combo fixtures: Due to positive feedback received on the QG Combo Chucks for CNC lathes, Royal has adapted the technology to its key-operated Power-Block for machining center applications. It enables fast and easy swapping of QG collets, 5C collets, and I.D. workholding for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
  • Expanded range of Zero-Point Receivers: Building upon its range of heavy-duty Z-Lock zero-point workholding system, Royal now offers receivers with the popular 52/96 mm four-stud mounting arrangements. Available in key-operated and pneumatic versions, these zero-point receivers are suited for automated load/unload applications on machining centers.
  • New additions to Royal's SLV "Sturdy Little Vise" line: SLV self-centering vises feature high holding power and virtual elimination of jaw-lift/flex. Royal has introduced a new model for 2026 specifically designed for robot/cobot loading, along with additional multivise pyramid options designed to suit all 5-axis tilt ranges.
