Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group, has introduced the Continuous Strip System, an energy-efficient strip cleaning solution purpose-built for lean manufacturing environments.
Each stage of the washer is fully insulated and features independently adjustable exhaust dampers, reducing system heat loss. Its low-profile housing allows for quick and easy internal access, while also offering operators an unobstructed line of sight across the machine.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the Continuous Strip System is built to withstand harsh industrial environments. Specifically designed for processing continuous strips of steel, the system is especially suited for removing mill oils and loose scale.
