CenterLine (Windsor) Limited offers its latest fastener joining technology.
The VersaForce Clinch Press utilizes precise actuator motion control powered by a servo-driven, closed-loop oil system. VersaForce, combined with CenterLine's Signature Analysis technology, plots every clinch fastener installation against known signatures that are aligned with good destruct values.
"VersaForce also delivers repeatable robotic fastener installation with CenterLine's patented SoftMount Clinch Press, which mechanically fine-tunes its position to consistently pin the stamped holes of parts," said a company spokesperson. "CenterLine's fastener placement devices reduce fastener feed time, delivering cycle-time savings up to 1.5 seconds/cycle in an industry-leading mechanical joining technology."
