Six All-New Products from Royal

Royal Products has introduced six new products to enhance machining productivity.
New solutions include:
- Multitasking Chuck: A 3-jaw chuck, collet chuck and I.D. workholding system all in one, it eliminates the need to change out lathe workholding.
- QG-65 Combo Chuck: Switching from O.D. to I.D. gripping is a snap with the Royal Combo Chuck. It is well suited for sub-spindles because the Accu-Length design provides precise part transfer.
- SLV-Sturdy Little Vise: Features high grip force for more aggressive chip removal. The box way jaw design and elevated spindle combine to provide high rigidity and eliminate jaw lift.
- Rota-Rack Compact: Designed specifically for small parts/Swiss applications, the 12-bucket design allows for easy part segregation. Simple programming is accomplished via the PLC or index via M-code.
- Power-Block QG-32 Fixture: Actuated either by air or hydraulics. A Compact footprint enables close ganging for multipart applications. A booster piston is available for extra clamping force.
- QG-100/QG-65 Adapter: Brings added versatility to Royal QG-100 collet chucks by enabling QG-65 collets to be used on small diameter jobs.
