Multifunction Safety Interface

Norstat now carries the SR Select, a multifunction safety interface that can handle four different operating modes, which allows it to be used with different types of safety devices such as safety light curtain, devices with static output, dual channel emergency switches, two hand controls or safety photocells. All of these different safety functions are easily selectable via a rotary switch located on the front of the relay. The SR Select also has a selectable manual or automatic restart function.
The SR Select comes with two NO outputs with guided contact safety relays and one system monitor PNP output as well as one external contactor feedback input and one system test input. Connection is via terminal block with reverse polarity protection. Status is indicated by way of LEDs for input, output and fail modes.
The SR Select carries a protection rating of IP 20 for the housing and IP 2X for the terminal blocks.
