AW Miller Announces New Technology Center, Open House

AW Miller Technical Sales Inc. has announced the grand opening of a new office in Harleysville, PA. This strategic location will serve machine shops throughout eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. AW Miller will hold a grand opening event July 24-25, 2024, as it celebrates over 50 years of manufacturing expertise and expand into this new region. AW Miller is a distributor of a variety of metalworking equipment from companies that include Mazak, Okamoto and Agile Robotics.
"Our new technology center will feature advanced training classrooms, live machine demos and robust application support," said a company spokesperson. "This strategic expansion enables us to extend our reach and expertise into new areas, ensuring that our clients and partners across various business sectors continue to receive unparalleled service and support."
Live demonstrations will be held on the following machines:
- Mazak Variaxis C-600 5-axis vertical machining center (VMC)
- Mazak HCN-5000 horizontal machining center (HMC)
- Mazak VC-Ez 20 3-axis VMC
- Mazak QT-Ez 10 MSY 5-axis turret lathe
- Mazak Integrex j-400 multiface milling machine with turning capability, with an Agile Robotic system utilizing a FANUC robot
- Okamoto PSG-12.24CANC with full conversational programming.
Additional grand opening highlights:
- Vendor presentations: Engage with over 10 different vendors showcasing a variety of solutions, including bar feeding, workholding and tooling. Discuss the latest in manufacturing technology and trends with top industry partners to learn how these advancements can benefit operations.

The event will be held at 325 Godshall Dr., Harleysville, PA 19438 on July 24-25 from 9 AM to 6 PM. There will be speakers at 10:30 AM and 3 PM, and lunch served from 11 AM to 3 PM both days.
