Workholding Solution with Three Independent Platters

KME CNC offers its KME TR300X. The solution features three independent platters so operators can stage each part to the next position while machining on another.
The TR300X provides 300 ft-lbs. of holding torque on C-drives and 750 ft-lbs. of holding torque on A-drives with a 900 ft-lbs. upgrade available.
One KME customer uses five trunnions 24 hours a day/seven days a week. All of the critical cuts are done on the first operation. The second operation is an easy one-sided finish.
