Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc. has announced Shawn Buboltz as Vice President of Technical Services, Andrea E. Turnquist as Controller and Adam Reichert as Sales Coordinator.

In his seven years with Matsuura USA, Buboltz most recently served as director of technical services, where he assumed increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. He will continue to oversee Matsuura USA's Service and Applications Departments.

Buboltz served for four years with the United States Coast Guard, earning a degree in machinery technology.
Andrea E. Turnquist, Controller
Turnquist will oversee the accounting department and manage all areas of the company's financial reporting and general ledger, as well as tax, audit and cash management functions.
"With Andrea's comprehensive knowledge of the complexities of the business, strong business acumen and extensive accounting experience, she will serve as a critical part of our leadership team in executing on our continued growth path," said Brad Baker, Vice President of Finance & Administration.
Turnquist has over 20 years of diversified accounting and finance experience balanced among large and emergent companies, as well as in-depth industry experience. Prior to joining Matsuura, she held the position of controller & manager of sales administration at a privately held medical device manufacturer in Minnesota.
Turnquist earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Adam Reichert, Sales Coordinator
Reichert is a graduate of Hamline University, earning a bachelor's degree in business administration-marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in operations and supply chain project management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
"Adam is an experienced and accomplished sales professional who will provide essential support to the Matsuura Sales Team and serve as the point of reference for distributors and customers," said Hudson.
Reichert most recently served as a Sales Representative for a Seattle-based customized metal solutions company.
"Adam will support our sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities, playing an important part in maintaining the high standards of customer service for which Matsuura is known," Hudson added.
