High-Speed Electric Spindles

The HES series of spindle continues NSK America's product offering in the high-speed and ultra-precise line of electric spindles.

The HES model spindle can be coupled with various spindle tapers and utilized in either dry or flood coolant cutting conditions. The HES lines of spindles are integral motor type spindles.

Operating with NSK's control, there are two models of HES spindles. The model 510 is capable of reaching speeds of 50,000 RPM while the model 810 is capable of reaching speeds up to 80,000 RPM. The model 510 can utilize a 1/4" collet while the model 810 can use up to a 4 mm collet.
