3- and 4-Jaw Combination Chucks

GATOR has introduced a large selection of 3- and 4-jaw combination lathe chucks. This combination plain back chuck design combines all scroll and independent lathe chuck features in one body. They can work as a scroll or independent chucks, or both scroll and independent features can be used at the same time. All jaws can be moved individually or open and close simultaneously with accuracy.
Chucks are provided with two-piece hard reversible or hard/soft solid reversible jaws. They are suitable for multiple part production of odd shaped or symmetrical workpieces. The chucks feature a three and four pinion design, and chuck bodies are made of semi-steel or forged steel. Jaws, scrolls, pinions and operating screws are hardened and ground. The back or front mount chuck design gives customers a wide selection of chuck mounting options. Chucks are available with 16" through 49" diameters. Special chuck designs are available on request.
