Full Line Chuck Jaw Catalog, Air Chuck Jaws Introduced

Dillon Manufacturing has recently updated its full line catalog detailing standard chuck jaws and collet pads, which is available online at the Dillon website and will be available at HOUSTEX.

With 48 pages of full color photos and drawings, this new offering details Dillon's complete lineup of soft jaws, hard jaws and full grip jaws for Serrated, T & G, Acme and Square Key type chucks. Details on full grip jaws from 6" - 24" in diameter, as well extra high jaws to 10" in height for longer service life are also detailed. Information on collet pads and collet pad jaws, monoblock jaws and vise jaws is also included.

Dillon's special soft and hard jaws are detailed in an easy quote format, which allows readers to receive a custom jaw quote with fill-in-the-blank convenience. Dillon standard and custom chuck jaws and collet pads and jaws are designed for high speed machining, as well as precision boring, tapping, drilling and finishing across a variety of industrial markets.

Dillon Chuck Jaws will also feature a new line of Air Chuck Jaws including both Style M and Style R - such as those often machined using air chucks - at HOUSTEX.

CNC machined for accuracy, the pins serve as a locator and allow precise repeatability plus fast installation. Available as blank top jaws in 1018 steel or 6061 aluminum or pie shaped jaws using A360 or 6061 aluminum, plus 1018 steel, they are suitable for all types of air chucks including Kitagawa, Northfield and Microcentric brands.

"While Air Chuck Jaws may appear the same, there are significant performance differences due to manufacturers' selected standards, and the manufacturing process used to achieve them," said a company spokesperson.
