The Tru-Lign system is designed to quickly and accurately level and align machine tools, minimizing down time.
Tru-Lign is a patented micro-hydraulic automated machine tool alignment system that replaces standard mechanical jacks. Hydraulic cylinders are placed under the machine, and Tru-Lign software allows the operator to adjust one, several or all of the pads at once via a control panel. Once the machine is leveled and aligned, each cylinder is mechanically locked and pressure is removed to create a solid mechanical joint to the floor. Tru-Lign is designed to provide accuracy greater than .0001". The system keeps detailed records of all adjustments.
The Tru-Lign system offers three cart configurations to suit a variety of machine tool sizes. The system is modular, allowing one cart to service an entire shop.
