Tebis America Opens Southeast U.S. Office

Tebis America, a software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing servicing the tool, die, mold, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries, has announced the opening of a new office in the southeast U.S. The new office will support efforts in Tennessee, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Florida and Alabama. It will be located in Greenville, SC, and will be staffed by Charles Logan Gilstrap, Business Development Manager, and Jeffrey Sullivan, Product and Application Specialist.

The opening of the southeast U.S. office comes soon after Tebis America's move to a larger corporate headquarters in Troy, MI, and the opening of its Orange County, CA, office to service the West Coast. Tebis America continues to achieve sales increases over last year's reporting and has shown a substantial increase in the number of new customers.

According to David Klotz, CEO and President of Tebis America, "Our opening of a southeast U.S. office is just the next step in our continued growth plan. The area is rich in manufacturing and will provide customers and prospects in the area with hands-on sales and service in a timely fashion. Many of our current customers have opened operations in the Southeast and this will allow us to be more hands on. Tebis products are quite unique in the market and our growth reflects customer acceptance. It is an exciting time for Tebis America."

Gilstrap added, "With the continued growth in the Southeast of major automotive and aerospace OEMs and their supporting supply chains, there is a tremendous opportunity for Tebis to grow our new customer base and provide local support services for our existing customers located here."

Gilstrap, responsible for new business development, comes to Tebis from Numerical Control Software Solutions (Covington, WA) where he served as Southeast Sales and Marketing Manager. Prior to that he was the Southeast Territory Manager for Cam Logic, Inc., Oxford, MI.

Sullivan will be responsible for applications support and comes to Tebis from Gestamp South Carolina, LLC (Union, SC) where he oversaw the everyday operation of its CNC department including scheduling, programming, Tebis CAD/CAM and engineering.
