Nozzle Changer Available on Electra Fiber Laser

The Electra FL, LVD's high-speed fiber laser cutting machine, is now available with a nozzle changer option.

LVD Strippit is now offering a nozzle changer option on the Electra, LVD's high-speed fiber laser cutting system. With the nozzle changer, the laser cutting machine will select the right nozzle for every job. Featuring storage for 10 nozzles, the option is designed to bring greater autonomy, reduce piercing times and increase overall throughput on the machine.
"Requiring no operator intervention, the nozzle changer reduces downtime by quickly performing nozzle changes, including cleaning the nozzle and checking the nozzle alignment," said a company spokesperson.
The automatic nozzle changer is available on the Electra FL 2 kW, 3 kW and 4 kW models.
