CNC Vertical Jig Borer

Methods has released a brochure on its Yasda YBM series 3-axis CNC vertical jig borers.
The YBM 640V model features axis travels of 600 mm x 400 mm x 350 mm (XYZ) and the 950V model features 900 mm x 500 mm x 350 mm. Both models feature 787 IPM rapid traverse and 196 IPM feedrate.
Benefits of the YBM series include space-saving footprint, curvic coupling for pallet clamping, rigid machine structure and optical scale feedback for precise positioning.
