LaserCoil Technologies has launched a new website featuring details of its patented coil-fed laser blanking systems.
LaserCoil Technologies LLC has released a new website that covers the details of its patented approach to laser blanking from coil stock at www.lasercoil.com. The mobile-friendly website reveals–for the first time–video of the LaserCoil metal blanker in process, additional images and more in-depth descriptions of LaserCoil's laser cutting solutions.
"The website highlights how LaserCoil blanking systems can produce parts from 2.1-meter wide coil at higher speeds than have been traditionally demonstrated with other laser cutting approaches," said a company spokesperson. "This helps companies to achieve yield rates that allow them to consider laser cutting blanks vs. traditional mechanical blanking processes. This can help metal processors and OEMs to eliminate the need for stamping dies and achieve greater flexibility and quicker changeover." The website further details how the system can be integrated with existing blanking line automation to simply replace the stamping press, and can also be supplied with new automation as a complete line.
