Sump Cleaners Prevent Workforce Injury

Clean sumps are important to any manufacturing process for the integrity of a product being manufactured; however, cleaning tanks manually can be a risky, messy and time-consuming process.

CECOR sump cleaners are industrial vacuums that offer high-suction lift that remove industrial fluids and solid waste that collect in reservoirs during various commercial, industrial and metalworking processes in mere minutes. "No more grueling shoveling, dangerous climbing in and out of tanks, and time-consuming, manual cleaning of dirty sumps," said a company spokesperson. "Reduce the mess and clean tanks much more quickly and thoroughly with less machine downtime, less labor costs and less risk."

CECOR's filter system separates the solids from fluids. In many instances, the industrial fluids can then be returned to the reservoir for re-use. Less fluids used means less disposal costs (and more "green").

The company offers a wide range of sump cleaner models, sizes, power sources, transport systems and filtering options to fit any need, ranging from small machine shops to large international operations.

CECOR designs and manufactures high-suction sump cleaners and industrial carts and containers, as well as a complete inventory of parts and accessories to support its products.
