The Windows 7 based CNC controller with Ethernet interface has a built in PLC that can be programmed with sub-routines and macros to perform custom automation. Communication between the CNC controller and the PLC is fiber optic. A dedicated control panel provides all common milling machine functions. Standard G- and M-codes are executed.

A variety of options are available to match the machine to the application. Options include:

- Spindle runout to +/- 1 micron
- Auto tool set touch off pad allows tool lengths to be measured automatically with accuracy and 50 grams of sensitivity for drill bits or cutters as small as a human hair.
- Servo System options allow linear resolutions from .000017" to .0000002"

The Incredible Machine can also be fitted for precision ultrasonic cutting, ultrasonic welding and laser cutting. Applications include shoe making in which the machine is used to ultrasonically cut and or weld components such as urethane air compartments of shoes. Ultrasonically welding layers of fabric eliminate stitching while creating an artistic weld for sport apparel and sports equipment. It also provides laser machining in metal.
