Complete Chip and Fluid Processing System

PRAB's E-Series Chip Processing System is designed to reduce material handling costs, improve plant safety and add value to scrap. The complete system reduces the volume of bushy turnings to manageable chips while reclaiming up to 98% of cutting fluids, according to the company.

The system is fully automatic, skid mounted, easy to install and maintains a small footprint. Dry chips are produced at rates up to 1,000 lbs./hr. Large capacity, custom chip processing systems are also available. PRAB also offers a full line of fluid filtration units that can be paired with this system.
