Sellmark Earns ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Sellmark Corporation announced it has attained International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification, a quality management standard. Sellmark has been awarded this designation by SAI Global, one of several organizations accredited to certify companies ISO 9001:2008, for meeting the guidelines set out by the ISO Standards. This ISO 9001:2008 certification supports Sellmark's corporate objectives, while reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement. "After nearly a year of meticulous effort, Sellmark's management system is officially ISO 9001:2008 certified," said a company spokesperson.
"During the last few years, Sellmark experienced many challenges maintaining its culture, customer focus and staying true to its vision during its rapid ascent," said a company spokesperson. "In the process of creating a global company with international supply chain and expanding international markets, maintaining and improving processes became more critical."
"We started this process to effectively expand practices that would properly sustain growth and improve our day-to-day operations," said Chief Executive Officer Dianna Sellers. The new quality management system achieves this and more, allowing us to continue developing award-winning technologies and innovative products."
ISO 9001:2008 certification allows Sellmark to work more closely with technology leaders, specifically other ISO-certified companies. Sellmark will utilize ISO 9001:2008 certification as it works to increase the amount of products that are manufactured in the U.S.
