Horizontal Rotary Tables for Boring Mills

CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies offers a range of horizontal workholding rotary tables. Manufactured by Ganro Industrial Corporation (formally known as Golden Sun Industrial), these rotary tables are designed to hold a variety of workpiece sizes and weights.
"Ganro's core technology of double-lead worm gears allows an operator easy adjustment positioning for maximum surface contact with the main drive assembly, reducing backlash and ensuring high precision results," said a company spokesperson. "All Ganro rotary tables are assembled using cross-cylindrical roller bearings that will support workpieces up to 110,230 lbs. This bearing design eliminates an operator's concern of deflection that can sometimes be caused from very heavy workpieces. The multi-directional bearings used in the cross-cylindrical roller design not only holds the heaviest of workpieces, but also allows for absolute accuracy and multi-directional cutting to be performed without losing part quality. Ganro's hydraulic brake system ensures rigid clamping during high torque cutting operations and removes vibration that typical hydraulic system-based rotary tables can cause. Finally, Ganro's own coupling locking system is a two-spacing system designed to maintain consistent hydraulic pressure even if pressure is lost by forcing a second route of hydraulic pressure to maintain perfect cutting operations of <3 arc seconds of accuracy."
Ganro's HR Series horizontal rotary tables has a table top dimension range of 15.75" (400 mm) to 118.11" (3,000 mm), 153.75" (3905 mm) table swing diameter, minimum indexing increments of 0.001° and a maximum work load capacity of 50,000 kg or 110,230 lbs.
