New Mini Spindle

The new high-speed Mini Spindle from Hirschmann is now available for use in EDM. This low profile submersible EDM spindle is designed to provide higher speeds than previous models and more mounting flexibility.
The spindle is programmable via the Hirschmann H1625.AC4 control that allows high-speed rotation from 1 to 4,000 RPM and indexing accuracies of .05°. Communication with the EDM control is through a 24v interface.
Workpiece diameters up to 10 mm are precisely held using the patented H42-JMRS adjustable element system that allows radial and axial runout within .001 mm.
The H42R.MRS002 can be mounted directly to the machine table or using palletizing System 4000, which allows easy removal and remounting.
