Ohio Carbon Blank has announced the launch of the company's new online Resource Center. The Resource Center is a repository that can be accessed 24/7. "We wanted to offer another avenue of assistance where online visitors could choose topics from a library of wisdom," said General Manager Dale McCartney.
"Graphite suppliers have a vast amount of knowledge at their fingertips and it is best used when it is shared," said McCartney. "After Live Support was implemented in September 2013, the Resource Center made sense as a next step in making Ohio Carbon Blank's invaluable company knowledge base available to EDM users.
"The user-friendly design, similar to a calculator keypad, includes articles, videos, case studies, database tools, drawings, literature, a glossary and FAQ. The content will continue to evolve and expand as beneficial support material is acquired. Visitors can quickly access information relevant to their needs and at no point will the library of EDM technology materials present visitors with a prompt for personal information. There are no sign up, registration or download requests and therefore no need to create or remember a user name or password.
