Compact, Versatile Chipblaster S-Series

Chipblaster S-Series from LNS optimizes cutting tool efficiency by precisely applying high-pressure coolant where and when required. Models S-30 and S-30H deliver fixed 1,000 PSI coolant while model SV-40 provides variable coolant up to 1,000 or up to 2,000 PSI upon request. All three units have 42-gallon tanks and enable configuring of up to 8 outlets.
The standard double cartridge filter with manual crossover is available to filter coolant to either 10 (standard) or 5 microns (optional). Additionally, an optional cyclone filter provides 2-micron filtration. To save factory floor space, select mist collectors or a chiller may be mounted on the S-Series unit.
The onboard, menu-driven touchscreen HMI makes it easy to adjust preset pressure values, change setting and monitor operations. Multidirectional casters allow for easy installation and maintenance or choose optional adjustable leveling feet.
