Pinpoint Capture Expands Laser Microgage Alignment System Uses

Pinpoint Laser Systems has major updates to the data interface accessory called "Capture" for the Laser Microgage industrial measuring and alignment systems.
Capture allows operators to quickly grab measurement readings from up to 12 remote laser receivers to analyze the alignment and performance of their production machinery and industrial equipment. The software is a Windows-based application that quickly records incoming readings, displays results and allows for added control and interfaces cleanly with spreadsheets and statistical analysis packages. Measurement readings can also be stored directly in the handheld, portable Laser Microgage display and then uploaded to a PC or laptop for graphical display, analysis, printing and storage. The Laser Microgage and Capture are easy to use and versatile, delivering a precision of 0.0001" (0.0025 mm) over a working range of 180' feet (55 m).
The Laser Microgage Systems are used for checking the alignment of production machinery and equipment. The precise laser reference beam is suited for checking straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelism, bore alignment and other geometrical parameters.
