Enhancements to QUANTM Electric Double Diaphragm Pump Line
August 1, 2025

QUANTM electric double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are purpose-built to match the needs of today's factories.
Graco Inc. has announced the expansion of its QUANTM line. With a focus on increased efficiency and reliability, the XTREME TORQUE motor design reduces the weight and size of the pump-and makes it easier to deploy and maintain. The recently added 480V power range also creates more opportunities for cost-saving drop-in replacements for current pumps. QUANTM electric double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are purpose-built to match the needs of today's factories.
"Engineers, plant operators and C-level leaders in the markets we serve want hard evidence before they make a change on their lines," said Paul Treml, Vice President of Marketing for Graco. "Adoption of QUANTM has grown rapidly because our customers are seeing measurable improvements in four key areas-reliability, productivity, energy costs and plant noise."
According to the company, top benefits of QUANTM include:
- Energy and cost savings: Up to 80% more energy efficient than traditional pumps, reducing operating costs and delivering fast ROI, often within 12 months.
- Simplified maintenance: The design makes routine maintenance easier, eliminates pressure sensors and reduces the risk of failure due to clogged lines or closed valves. It also handles challenging fluids, including abrasives, solids, aggressive chemicals and shear-sensitive materials.
- Improved safety: Creates a safer and more comfortable working environment with noise levels reduced by up to 90%.
- Built for automation: Designed for seamless integration into automated systems, making it suited for modern industrial plant.
QUANTM is a convenient drop-in replacement because of its plug & play design and compatibility with existing 110V, 240V or 380V/480V power outlets.
"It is an incredibly versatile pump," said Matthew Bergman, Global Product Manager for Graco. "It is a perfect fit for a wide range of industrial and hygienic applications. Thanks to the energy savings, the pump can pay for itself in less than 12 months-and it qualifies for governmental funding and rebates. We are seeing strong adoption across all vertical and geographic markets, and we expect that to increase in the coming years."
