Sirois Tool Now Authorized to Sell Mitutoyo Gauges

Sirois Tool announced that it is now an authorized reseller of Mitutoyo gauges, effective immediately.

Sirois Tool engineers, designs and manufactures custom Dow gauges for manufacturing contractors and OEMs. Prior to its recent agreement with Mitutoyo, Sirois Tool exclusively used Mahr Federal gauges.

Sirois Tool CEO and President Alan Ortner said the company and its customers will benefit from its new ability to offer both brands: "In addition to expanding the options we can offer our customers, adding Mitutoyo gauges increases our flexibility. We may be able to reduce lead times for our custom gauges when we have the option of incorporating either a Mahr or a Mitutoyo indicator."

Ortner added: "Today's Mitutoyo gauges are among the most user-friendly gages available. They have larger buttons and clearer plus/minus readings than legacy gauges, which make them very easy to handle and read. Also, they are waterproof, plus we can get them quickly because the lead time is relatively short."
