Mold-Masters Opens Southwest USA Service Facility

Mold-Masters, a developer and supplier of hot runners, controllers, auxiliary injection and co-injection systems, has announced the opening of a new full-service customer support center in Phoenix, AZ, to strengthen its aftermarket capabilities across the Southwestern United States and northern Mexico.
The Phoenix facility is fully equipped to provide comprehensive aftermarket services, including:
- Spare parts
- Technical support
- Service and repairs
- System cleanings
- Refurbishments
- Preventative maintenance
- Training programs.
The new facility is located at 4655 W McDowell Rd, Suite 109, Phoenix, AZ 85035. By situating the center in Phoenix, Mold-Masters can offer faster turnaround times and more convenient access for regional customers.
