Aved offers custom fabricated wire harnesses that are fully assembled and connectorized for OEM application requirements and 100% tested for chain cable carriers.
Aved Cable Chain Carrier Wire Harnesses are fabricated to OEM requirements using automated wire processing equipment to apply interconnects, modular plugs and other connectors, and are supplied as a single SKU. Electrically and mechanically tested, they are designed to ensure the self-alignment of cables within the carrier to save installation time during final assembly.
The custom-built Aved Cable Chain Carrier Wire Harnesses can include bus, data, fiber optic and power cables, and meet UL/CSA, RoHS, medical and various military specifications. Aved can provide support services, including wire component selection and sourcing, documentation review and development, prototyping and inventory management.
