Quick Change Mechanical Receiver and Blank Pallet

Mitee-Bite has announced the addition of a quick change mechanical receiver system allowing for rapid change-out and precise location of small fixture pallets.
The Mitee-Bite Mechanical Receiver is designed to accept any of Mitee-Bite's current pallets as well as the blank pallet. The receiver mounts on T-slot tables, tombstones, sub-plates and Mitee-Bite's Aluminum T-Slot Grid Plates.
The receiver can be attached to the worktable using standard T-nuts. Loc-Down Clamps, washers and mounting clamps are provided with system.
Features include:
- Use with the matching blank pallet or any Mitee-Bite pallet with the addition of four Loc-Down Custom Bushings
- Receiver furnished with hardened diamond and tapered pins and liners
- All components on the mechanical receiver are recessed .030" to allow users to skim-cut to qualify exactly to the machine table
- Fixture plate is fastened to the receiver with our patented Loc-Down System
- Pallet is released with two turns of the Loc-Down (no lost hardware)
- Loc-Down provides 100 lbs. holding force per ft-lbs. of torque.
