A Complete Image Capture Management System

The Fives DyAG Corporation, specializing in engineering services and software products, has released Version 2 of its TruACRS image capture management system. This system is designed to aid manufactures in the collection, management and retrieval of machine vision images.

"As machine vision systems become more pervasive for process, error proofing and quality control, manufacturers struggle with the storage and management of those images," said a company spokesperson. "TruACRS provides a leap forward in resource and system management.

"TruACRS ensures manufactures meet compliance goals through traceability, warranty protection, lot containment and quality escapes. Flexibility ensures system scalability and backup of critical data. A feature rich set of tools allows manufacturers to configure alerts, storage configuration supporting Cloud, USB, NAS, definable parser rules, maintenance scheduling, role based logins and more."

Fives DyAG is a full service engineering company providing a systematic approach to controls programming for all major PLCs, CNCs and HMI, robotic 2D/3D simulations, robotic control and RIA safety standards.
