Tooling Products Catalog Available

Heimatec offers a catalog of its live tools, angle heads, static tools and multi-spindle tools.

The live tool product line includes tools for all common CNC lathes. They are designed for use in industries such as aerospace, energy, automotive, medical, woodworking, plastic and mold making. Features include coolant systems and adjustable aligning systems. High torque tools and speed increases are also available.

Heimatec angle heads are manufactured from high tensile aluminum and feature high precision spindle bearings. Due to the support from a twin or double twin set of matched angular contact bearings and a rear radial support bearing, they may be utilized in heavy milling operations. Other applications include drilling and tapping.

Static tool holders are designed to meet DIN standards. Custom tools for CNC lathes are available to suit individual customer requirements.

The large multi-spindle machining heads are for use in special purpose machines, such as transfer lines, rotary machines and drill head changers. According to the company, one tool can perform several different operations simultaneously. The heads are designed to fulfill DIN 69002 specifications for run-out, spindle speeds, bore tolerances, inside accuracy, high coolant pressure and flow capabilities, reliability and more.
