CNC High-Speed Hole Punching Machines

COLE-TUVE, Inc. now supplies a line of CNC high-speed hole punching machines for tubes and shapes.
Models are available with one to four punching stations for the top and sides of the tubes and shapes. They are fully automatic with cycle time as low as 1.2 seconds for two holes simultaneously, and punching accuracy of plus or minus 0.01" between the first and last holes on a 10' shape. Materials can be individually fed at speeds up to 200 feet per minute, or faster with an optional bundling device.
Capacities are generally holes up to 1-3/8" diameter in capacities up to 3-1/8" round tubes, 3" x 3" square tubes, 4" x 2" rectangular tubes and custom shapes that will conform to the nearest of those dimensions. An optional attachment is available to prevent internal deformation.
Machine pricing includes assistance by a factory technician to check installation of the machine as done by the buyer, and instruction in its use and operation.
Punching machines with smaller capacities and different features are also available.
