JBM Technologies Opens Advanced Engineering Center

JBM Technologies has announced the opening of a new Advanced Engineering Center in Lancaster, PA, strategically located between all existing JBM offices. "With this center it is our goal to expand our engineering department and offerings to better serve their customers. There is a gap in the machine tool market for dealers who have Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing experience, let alone Industry 4.0 products and services to offer to customers," said Matt Bender, new Director of Engineering for JBM who will head up the Advanced Engineering Center.

The Advanced Engineering Center will focus on custom designed engineering solutions using turn-key programming, robotics and automation. With the office expansions comes team expansions as well, as it is JBM's goal to hire multiple applications engineers this year to meet growing demand.

With its recent expansion into northern Ohio, JBM now has four strategically placed locations, all within driving distance of each other and all served territories. The eastern PA, western PA and Ohio offices all have stocked show rooms full of new and used machinery, available for customer demonstrations at any time. JBM also keeps new and used parts inventory in two locations, cutting down parts shipping costs and machine down time.
