Dallas Industries Acquires Controlling Interest in Dixie Fab

Dallas Industries, a manufacturer of press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry, announced that it has purchased controlling interest in Dixie Machine & Fabrication (Dixie Fab), Holly, MI.

The acquisition provides Dallas Industries with enhanced equipment options for fabricating cabinets/weldments for its coil feed line systems. This move further enhances Dallas' continuing integration of customer services' an integration that includes engineering, machining, assembly and now fabrication.

According to Willie Chacko, CEO of Dallas Industries, "We continue to increase our capabilities and our product offering to further enhance our customer service and delivery. This move gives a pivotal boost to our company's capabilities and is further expression of the recent growth of our company."

Joe Gentilia, President of Dallas Industries, added, "The history and reputation of Dixie Fab was well known in the industry. The company has offered quality custom fabricating and welding for over 35 years and stocks all sizes cut to shape and length while it has maintained many long-term relationships with customers. This will help Dallas extend our expertise in coil feed systems and allow us to keep up with market demands and global competition."
