MicroCare LLC, a provider of critical cleaning, coating and lubricating products, has announced new personnel appointments.
John Stardellis, Chief Financial Officer
John Stardellis has been named the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Stardellis has more than 20 years' experience in a variety of finance, policy and operational leadership roles having most recently served as CFO at i-Health, a division of DSM Nutritional Products. He will lead the company's business strategy moving forward.

In his capacity as the CFO of MicroCare LLC, Stardellis will oversee all aspects of the finance business planning and process changes to drive strategic growth and efficient operational scaling.
Stardellis holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from the University of Rochester together with a Master of Science and MBA in accounting from Northeastern University.
Brian Donnelly, Director of Manufacturing
Brian Donnelly, Director of Manufacturing, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing group. Donnelly is an experienced production specialist having spent his 20-year career across several manufacturing industries. He has led large teams in all aspects of manufacturing where he has worked to improve effectiveness and employee engagement.
The newly established position of Director of Manufacturing will see Donnelly lead multiple manufacturing teams located across several MicroCare facilities. He will ensure colleagues successfully meet the goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost. Donnelly will also focus on the professional development of MicroCare manufacturing technicians, specialists, leads and supervisors to encourage career growth.
Donnelly earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Purdue University and is certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
Dr. Kimberley Dilts, Global Regulatory Manager
Dr. Kimberley Dilts has joined MicroCare as the Global Regulatory Manager. Dr. Dilts is responsible for assuring the MicroCare portfolio of products comply with global chemical control legislation. With a Ph.D. in chemistry and extensive knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonized System) classifications, Dr. Dilts is experienced in managing ongoing chemical compliance and worldwide regulations which continue to require regular updates.
Dylan Griswold, Senior Sourcing Analyst
To further enhance its in-house expertise, MicroCare has added Dylan Griswold to the sourcing and procurement team. Having held a similar post as a buyer at Savage Arms, Inc. for nearly six years,. Griswold is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and improving the supply chain operations of the business.
