Mecademic offers the Meca500, a compact and precise industrial robot arm that can be easily integrated into different automation processes.
The Meca500 is an industrial robot with an integrated controller in its base. It fits in the palm of a human hand, and has a total weight of only 4.5 kg. This 6-axis robot can handle payloads up to 500 g with precision of 0.005 mm.
There is no proprietary robot programming language to learn. The Meca500 is used for testing, inspection, micro-assembly, dispensing and pick-and-place applications in small confined spaces.
