DMG MORI's entire range of technological performance will be opened up for the users of CLX and CMX machines - for example in the field of spindle technology and linear guides.
As part of a strategic product evolution within the DMG MORI group, the ECOLINE series is now available with more possibilities, technology and options. A new portfolio of technology, software solutions and applications will gradually be expanded to a comprehensive modular building block system, offering a variety of possibilities. ECOLINE is divided into the CLX series of basic universal lathes, the CMX V series of basic vertical machining centers (VMCs) and the basic universal milling machines of the CMX U generation.
DMG MORI's entire range of technologies will be opened up for the users of CLX and CMX machines. Options include DMG MORI's extensive range of spindle technology, Y-axis with 60 mm travel path for milling operations on the CLX 450 lathes, NC rotary table for efficient four-sided machining on the CMX V, or the accelerated rapid traverse and tool magazine with virtually double the former capacity on the newly designed CMX U.
Three dimensional control options including access to exclusive DMG MORI technology cycles as well as other software options. DMG MORI equips its machines with leading 3-D control systems from Siemens, HEIDENHAIN, FANUC and Mitsubishi. Of particular benefit to the CMX V series, the machine can now be equipped with a HEIDENHAIN control. In addition, customers will be given access to the extensive training and advanced training programs of the DMG MORI Academy.
The new training and advanced training programs of the DMG MORI Academy will apply for existing ECOLINE machines, in addition to already familiar services and availability of spare parts.
