Scotchman Industries has released its most advanced ironworker to date-the fully integrated FI 125, a 125-ton powerhouse built for increased performance, precision and productivity.
Engineered for high-volume, repetitive operations, the FI 125 offers massive punch power-capable of punching a 1-1/2" hole through 1" mild steel with ease. With five built-in tool stations and a fully integrated, single-operator design, it offers increased speed, efficiency, and strength.
Made in the USA, the FI 125 comes fully loaded with premium standard features:
- A 6" x 6" x 2" angle shear
- Channel shear that handles 6" channel
- Rectangular notcher for up to 3" x 5" x 1/2" material
- A 20" flat bar shear with a low rake angle, cutting up to 1" x 18" and 3/4" x 20" stock.
Standard equipment also includes an electric remote foot pedal, jog control, keyed punch ram, punch gauging table with fence and scale, shear table with miter fence, and notcher table with guide and scale. Machine comes standard with 4" channel blades, but will also accept Scotchman's optional 2", 3", 5", and 6" channel blades. The machine's channel shear cavity can additionally accept the optional 5-cavity rod shear blade, which includes 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/2" round cavities, along with a 1-1/2" square cavity.
The FI 125 supports a variety of optional tooling, such as press brakes, tube shears, picket tools, and custom-built tools to meet specialized needs.
Built tough and engineered for performance, this American-made ironworker features a two-stage hydraulic pump system, electric valves, adjustable electric stroke control with scale, and a remote foot pedal for ease of use.
