TRUMPF Inc. Names Fleming as Head of TruServices

TRUMPF Inc. has named Maren Fleming as head of TruServices in the U.S. In her new role, Fleming oversees the organization of TRUMPF's proactive aftersales technology and solution-oriented services for machine tool customers throughout North America. The company's TruServices offerings include warranty and service agreements, software, training, tooling and consumables, as well as data-driven services designed to help customers achieve optimal machine performance.
"TRUMPF's TruServices department fully supports our customers' success through after-sales support functions," said Fleming. "I am excited to help manufacturers move closer toward the goal of zero unplanned downtime through TRUMPF technology and services."
Fleming joined TRUMPF Inc. in 2010 and has worked in various capacities for the company during her 16-year tenure, including in sales, marketing, order to cash management, and most recently as head of assembly. She holds a bachelor's degree in international business management, French and linguistics from the University of Connecticut.
