The HiT-360D is designed for demanding drilling and tapping operations across automotive, oil and gas, and other manufacturing industries. A key productivity advantage of the HiT-360D is its hydraulically driven rack and pinion gear type pallet changer, designed for fast, stable, and reliable pallet exchanges. The dual table is designed with rotation with curvic coupling, and a lift up system that allows for rapid pallet changes and precise table positioning. This system minimizes noncutting time and enables smooth, accurate pallet positioning, making the machine suited for high-mix, high-volume production environments where uptime and efficiency are critical.

The machine's 12,000 RPM spindle motor (opt. 24,000 across automotive, oil and gas, and several other manufacturing industries) provides consistent torque output, allowing for efficient drilling of alloy steels, stainless materials, and other challenging workpieces. The rapid speed rates up to 60 m/min and a chip-to-chip time of 1.6 seconds boosts productivity.
