The Hembrug Mikroturn 100, one of the three Danobat brands of precision grinding and hard turning machines, is a precision micro-turning machine with advanced features, making it suited for industries requiring high-precision machining with low cycle times and quick changeovers.
One of its standout features is the utilization of a hydrostatic main spindle and guideways. This technology allows for greater dampening properties, a high dynamic stiffness and longer tool life. It also promotes lasting accuracy because there is no contact between moving parts. Lastly, temperature-controlled oil flow provides a stable and reliable process independent of the ambient temperature.
All Mikroturn machines have a natural granite base with an integrated vibration-dampening system. The natural granite base is stress- and corrosion-free and offers high thermal stability, allowing for a high-precision machine.
In line with modern manufacturing trends, the Mikroturn 100 comes equipped for automation integration with gantry loaders or robotized systems, depending on the application. These systems are delivered turn-key and can also include post-process measuring systems.
When surface quality or structure dictates a solution beyond the standard capabilities of hard turning, there are solutions. Hembrug can implement an optional grinding spindle or stone finish technology. A force-sensing unit maintains the oscillation of the stone and contact pressure.
Designed to achieve exceptional levels of precision down to the micron scale, the Microturn is suitable for applications where tight tolerances and intricate details are critical.
Technical specifications:
