Hennig Acquires Industrial Coolant Systems

Hennig Inc. has announced the acquisition of Industrial Coolant Systems (ICS). This strategic move aligns with Hennig's commitment to customer success by growing the present offerings of comprehensive chip and coolant management solutions to meet the growing demands of the machine tool industry.

"The acquisition of ICS fit perfectly into our strategic vision," said Noah Goellner, President at Hennig. "Our mission to make our customers successful goes far beyond chip conveyors and coolant filtration. This move allows us to take another step forward toward providing complete chip and coolant management solutions that align with the advancements in machine tool technology. Our customers ask for reliable systems, responsive service and products that integrate advanced technology for condition monitoring, automation and predictive maintenance. We just accelerated how quickly we can deliver that to them."

Camoren Schley, CEO/founder of ICS, said, "ICS is excited to announce its acquisition by Hennig, a strategic move that combines ICS's engineering and product testing expertise with Hennig's market presence, robust sales network and resources. This partnership positions ICS's products to be a frontrunner on a worldwide scale, delivering unparalleled value to customers and partners alike."

ICS has been developing and field testing various industrial products since 2012 with a focus on high-pressure coolant systems, coolant filtration systems and other machine tool peripherals that tie into the IoT and Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
