Engauge Workforce Solutions has announced that its partners at the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) were awarded a Workforce Innovation Grant from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. With this grant, DSAW will launch Think Ability Wisconsin (TAW), which will focus on workforce issues for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (PWIDD). The program will provide education and training to PWIDD and their families for careers in manufacturing and hospitality. Engauge is a partner of this project and will work with DSAW to customize and fully integrate its entry and higher-level Associate training courses for PWIDD.
