Rachel Palasky

Tony Busch

Beckwood Press Company, a manufacturer of custom hydraulic and servo-electric presses, automation systems and the Triform line of precision forming equipment, has expanded its leadership group with Rachel Palasky as Engineering Manager and Tony Busch as Supply Chain Manager.

Palasky will oversee the engineering department, focusing on the cross-collaboration between departments. Her role centers around capacity planning and project management across all press projects.

Palasky received her chemical engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She has spent the last six years working in the pharmaceutical industry as a project and process engineer.

Busch will lead the purchasing department while directly coordinating with Beckwood's vendors. He will boost Beckwood's ongoing continuous improvement efforts by helping to navigate the global supply chain crisis to ensure presses are built with the best lead time and quality.

Busch has been in supply chain management for 12 years in the manufacturing industry. He studied industrial engineering and manufacturing engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. According to the company, his advanced skills and business acumen will nourish Beckwood's strategic relationships with vendors to provide the most cost-efficient options for customers.

"As our team continuous to grow, we are deliberate in our efforts of fusing communication and planning across all departments. With those efforts, we are assembling a strong group of leaders to pave the way," said Josh Dixon, COO.
