Jeff Wilder
Guardian, an independent fall protection and prevention company, has announced Jeff Wilder as its new SVP Sales and Services for the Americas. In his new role, Wilder will be responsible for leading the company's commercial team, including sales, business development, engineered systems, support and training throughout North, Central and South America.
Wilder joins Guardian with experience in industrial and construction products and services. Most recently, he led sales for Hempel, a coatings manufacturer in the marine, oil and gas, rail, infrastructure, wind and industrial segments. Prior to that, he spent almost 14 years at Hilti leading large sales divisions and business unit strategy. Wilder holds a degree in management from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Wilder will be based out of Guardian's Headquarters and home of the company's new Design and Innovation Center in Pasadena, TX.
