Precision Centering Device Product Line

REGO-FIX has developed a 3D-EdgeMaster precision centering device product line engineered to provide shops with process reliability and improved production quality.
The 3D-EdgeMaster is shock and splash proof in accordance with IP 67 regulations, and the mechanism is protected by a predetermined breaking point in the ceramic probe insert. The 3D edge finder provides fast and precise probing of reference edges, setting of the zero point and measuring with repeat accuracy of ≤ .01 mm.
Shops can adjust runout by setting the X-axis and Y-axis. They can also calibrate the measuring path, center the machine axis and determine the bore center. The probe can quickly and easily be replaced.
Designed to shorten set-up time and improve precision, the 3D-EdgeMaster measuring technology also includes MasterBar test arbors, which are suited for calibrating the machine spindle, increasing CNC quality and minimizing scrap costs.
The 3D-EdgeMaster is available in inch and metric versions. A QR code is embedded on the product for convenient retrieval of product information and the inspection certificate.
