Kevin R. Antoniak
Finland-based global welding automation provider Pemamek Oy and its North American subsidiary Pemamek LLC have named Kevin R. Antoniak Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Pemamek provides welding automation technology and integrated manufacturing solutions to a wide range of industries including shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, oil and gas, wind energy and boiler manufacturing. The company offers welding positioners, column and boom units, roller beds and robotic solutions as well as proprietary PEMA WeldControl programming and control software.
Antoniak will head the sales efforts for PEMA brand equipment and solutions throughout the U.S. Midwest region. He brings a unique perspective to the company having served as a welding platoon leader in the United States Marine Corps. After entering back into civilian life, Antoniak joined Fuchs Machinery, Inc. as a territory manager, selling laser and welding equipment, including FANUC welding robots. As an equipment sales representative for FCx Performance, Inc., Antoniak added measurement instrumentation to his repertoire, leading him to Veritiv Corp., where he was an equipment sales specialist for the company's packaging equipment and robotics product lines. His experience with welding, fluid power, measurement and robotic equipment made Antoniak the ideal Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest manufacturing market. Antoniak is a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Technical School of Metallurgy and Welding. He earned a USMC Certified Welder certificate and a Certified Welding Inspectors License through the American Welding Society.

Antoniak will be providing technical expertise to current Pemamek customers in the region and bringing the company's automated robotic welding solutions to the attention of potential new customers. These solutions include the PEMA WeldControl Welding Automation Software, a forward-thinking approach in which the software communicates in concert with the workpiece automation devices, welding power supply and visioning systems.
Pemamek applies all welding technologies including GMAW, SAW, Laser Hybrid and multi-gun systems to increase throughput on heavy fabrication lines. Single units of equipment can be combined with robotized welding, integrated milling and custom assembly stations to fulfill specific productivity requirements.
